This policy explains what information CodeCypher7 collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us voluntarily — your Telegram handle, email address, and any information you include in a message to us.
• Order details — the product you purchased and the MT5 account number or TradingView username needed to issue your licence.
• Licence server data — when an Expert Advisor you run connects to our licence server it transmits the MT5 account number, the EA identifier, the trading symbol, account balance and IP address. This is used to validate your licence and apply centrally-managed safety settings.

How we use it

• To issue, validate and support your licence
• To apply centrally-managed safety settings to your copy
• To respond to your support requests
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We never ask for your MT5 trading password — only your account number, and optionally read-only investor credentials if you choose to share them for support purposes.

Data retention

Licence records are kept for as long as your licence is active plus a reasonable period for accounting purposes. Live-connection heartbeat data is short-lived and expires automatically.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where we are not required to retain it. Contact us on Telegram or by email.
