By purchasing or using any CodeCypher7 product you agree to these terms.

Licence

Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software personally. Expert Advisor licences bind to a single MetaTrader 5 account number. Indicator access is granted to a single TradingView username.

Restrictions

• Do not resell, redistribute, share, lease or sublicense the software
• Do not decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source or bypass licensing
• Do not share your licence key or account access with others

Licences found in breach may be revoked without refund.

No financial advice

CodeCypher7 is not a registered investment advisor, broker or dealer. Nothing we publish or supply constitutes financial, investment or trading advice. All trading decisions are yours alone.

No performance guarantee

We make no guarantee of profit. Past performance, backtests and live results never guarantee future returns. Automated systems can and do experience losses and drawdown.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeCypher7 is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Service availability

We aim to keep the licence server continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You remain responsible for monitoring your own trading account.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
